The G Insight - Walk at Least 5k Steps a Day

"A walk a day keeps a doctor away." - someone smart has probably said that.

A sedentary lifestyle comes with a lot of negative health effects.

It increases your risk of Alzheimer's, heart problems, and even diabetes.Even exercising regularly is not enough.7-8 hours of sitting every day offset the effects of exercising for an hour a day.

So what's the solution?

Daily walks on top of your exercise.

Start your day with a short 10-20 min walk which would be around 1000-2000 steps depending on your tempo.

And try to do another one on the same day, so you can get another 2000-3000 steps in.

If you do that on top of a 1-hour workout routine, you'll be way healthier than the majority of people, not to mention more creative.

A lot of great ideas come when you're walking.

Einstein was famous for his long walks, and he attributed much of his success to his walking habit.

So follow his example - take walks every day, so you can be healthier and more creative.
